So we located the building on the corner of 16th and Broadway, right in the center of the beast, on the edge of the concrete jungle. We went inside and asked to speak to the American liaison but was told that she was out to lunch and she would be returning in an hour. An hour came and went and we moseyed up to the 26th floor to find that now the American liaison was now going to be unavailable the rest of the afternoon and couldnt meet with us. We were Stone Walled. Dont worry we will return!
