In a unusual and unprecedented event on Tuesday February 17, President Obama will sign his $787.2 Billion dollar Stimulus' Plan at the Denver's Museum of Nature and Science in City Park.
The event scheduled to start around noon is by invite only and I am not on of the lucky ones to get a invite.
CNN reported that a senior administration official cited a desire to get "away from the politics of Washington."
Another unnamed senior official described Denver as "a place that will see the benefits of the bill in hiring workers."
"This is like a dream," said George Sparks, director of the museum. He said he doesn't believe a sitting president has ever visited the institution.
"The White House advance team just called us Thursday and asked if they could come here," said Sparks, adding that members of the Secret Service made a first visit Thursday afternoon and returned Friday.
